By accessing or purchasing from our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

Our business is registered in the United Kingdom and operates under UK consumer protection law.

2. Use of Our Website

  • You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian to use our Site.

  • You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent activity.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms.

3. Products and Availability

  • All Products are described as accurately as possible, but minor variations in colour, size, or design may occur due to printing and screen display differences.

  • Many of our Products are custom-made or printed to order. Please check product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

  • We reserve the right to withdraw or modify any Product without prior notice.

4. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£ GBP) and include VAT, where applicable.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown before you confirm your order.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

  • Payment must be made at the time of ordering via our approved payment processors (e.g., PayPal, Stripe). We do not store your payment card details.

5. Order Acceptance

When you place an order:

  1. You will receive an email confirming that we have received it (this does not mean the order has been accepted).

  2. A contract is formed only when we send a confirmation that your order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order before dispatch if:

  • The product is unavailable

  • There is a pricing or description error

  • We suspect fraudulent activity

If we cancel your order, we’ll notify you and issue a full refund.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch all orders within the stated timeframes, but delivery times are estimates only.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

  • Risk passes to you upon delivery of the goods to your address.

  • Please ensure your delivery details are correct — we cannot replace or refund items sent to incorrect addresses provided by you.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Your rights depend on the nature of your purchase:

A. Custom or Personalised Items

Because our Products are often made to order, customised or personalised items cannot be cancelled or returned unless they are:

  • Faulty,

  • Damaged in transit, or

  • Incorrectly supplied.

If you believe your item is faulty or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of receipt with photos and a description of the issue. We will replace or refund the item if appropriate.

B. Non-Custom Items

For non-personalised Products, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
You must return the item in its original condition, and you are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

8. Intellectual Property

All images, designs, logos, text, and product content on our Site are the property of Printsuperstar or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our materials without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under UK law.

To the extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our Site or Products.

  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

10. Warranties

We warrant that our Products will be:

  • Of satisfactory quality,

  • Fit for their intended purpose, and

  • As described on our Site.

If a Product fails to meet these standards, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
