1. Introduction
Thank you for shopping with Printsuperstar (“we”, “us”, “our”).
We take pride in producing high-quality printed products, including vinyl stickers, warning signs, and other custom prints.
This Refund & Returns Policy explains how we handle cancellations, returns, and refunds in accordance with UK consumer protection law.
Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
2. Custom and Personalised Items
Because many of our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or cancellations once production has begun unless the item:

Arrives damaged,

Is faulty, or
-
Has been incorrectly printed or supplied by us.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@printsuperstar.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.
We will respond quickly to arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.
3. Non-Custom Items
For non-personalised products (for example, pre-designed signs or stock items), you have the right to:

Cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.
This right is provided under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
To exercise this right:

Notify us in writing (by email) within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return the goods to us in their original, unused condition within 14 days of notifying us.
You are responsible for the return postage unless the goods are faulty or incorrect.
Once we receive the returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be made to your original payment method.
4. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
We carefully inspect all items before shipping, but if you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product:

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the order.

Provide your order number, details of the issue, and clear photos.
We may ask you to return the item (at our cost). Once confirmed, we’ll offer one of the following:

A replacement at no extra charge, or

A full refund including delivery costs.

If your parcel is lost or delayed:

Please allow reasonable time for delivery (especially during busy seasons).
